Purpose

Responsible for assisting all administration elements of the Inventya Scaleup funded programme delivery. Supporting the coordination of the Scaleup funded programme to ensure processes flow efficiently.

Key Requirements
- Set up and coordinate various aspects of a project cycle: e.g., arranging meetings, calls, and workshops.
- To serve as a principal point of client contact for project coordination, dealing with enquiries, providing documentation, project updates and preparing reports, and ensuring a high standard of client care.
- Help maintain and manage all required databases and contact management systems (CRMs)
- Prepare, issue, and chase up client documentation e.g., project registration and output paperwork.
- Arrange UK and international accommodation and travel to venues and travel where required (in conjunction with Office Manager).
- Support and contribute to the creation, development and delivery of targeted project workshops, conferences, events, site visits and brokerage events in the UK and abroad. This will include event administration, documentation, and delegate management on the day (registration, assistance) and event follow up and reporting, arranging guest speakers and workshop facilitators in collaboration with the project team
- Supporting advisors to undertaking bespoke piece of client facing work
- Taking minutes for meetings and preparing agendas
- Supporting with the administration of the procurement process
- To act as a support person to the team
- Manage the storage of paper documents and computer-based information.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as requested

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Zoho) and experienced in comprehensive and succinct data collection
- Prior experience in a project administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
- Exceptional Organisation Skills
- Professional Telephone Manner
- Appropriate Mathematical Skills
- Ability to Perform Under Pressure
- Excellent Customer Care Skills
- Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality
