I am working with an expanding Special school in east London, doubling the number of students attending by September 2023. We are looking for an experienced ASD Teaching Assistant to join the experienced and inspiring staffing team, this school are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who have a passion for working with SEN and looking for a career.
- **The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant**_
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should have experience working with SEN, ideally ASD, whether the experience is personal or professional, we want to hear from you
- The SEN Teaching Assistant must be able to enthuse, inspire others, and have a can-do attitude.
- The SEN Teaching Assistant must be happy to assist with personal care
- As the ASD Teaching Assistant you must be resilient and able to work well in challenging situations

- The SEN Teaching Assistant must be a positive role model to support communication with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
- PAYE weekly payments
- The Perfect SEN Teaching Assistant must have experience of working with disengaged young people
- The SEN Teaching Assistant must be able to work alongside a likeminded team who are equally as dedicated to the learning and personal development of young people
- Excellent facilities in a brand new school building
- Experience working in specialist settings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £80.00-£100.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tower Hamlets, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
