Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will assist Children and Young adults with various needs, providing essential care and support in a compassionate manner.

**Requirements ( MUST HAVE )**
**- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent**:

- Recent Experience or at least 5 Years working WITH CHILDREN in home care, care homes or school settings**:

- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license and a car

**Duties**:

- Implement care plans and provide support to individuals in need
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals under care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Keep accurate records of care provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.82-£13.45 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
