**Field Performance Leader - Newcastle**
**Permanent - 30 Hours per week**
**£11.68 per hour ( inclusive of 76 pence per hour location allowance)+ 30pence per mile mileage.**

**Full UK Driving licence plus use of vehicle required.**

**About the role**

Our Field Performance Leaders support our Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in achieving successful execution of routine audits and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPI’s across their geographical territory.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, development and retention of a team of dedicated Merchandisers and deliver annual refresher training as needed.
