**About The Role**:
CRM EXECUTIVE
This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate in Digital Marketing or similar field looking to gain experience in a forward thinking global online business.
***Main Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with social and digital teams to synergize CRM with other online marketing activity taking place within the business
**Hours of work**:
General office hours, 37.5 hours per week with flexi-time options, working 2 days per week at our head office based in Herefordshire, and 3 days remotely.
**About You**:
**Skills and Knowledge Required**:
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Highly organised with good project management skills - must have the ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time, sometimes with a short turn-around time
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent grammatical skills
- The ability to work under pressure, driven by hitting targets and responsive to real-time results
- A proactive, enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with internal and external colleagues
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools desirable but not essential.
