**About the job** We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our team as Client Services Assistant. If you have great written and verbal communication skills, excellent time and priority management, and thorough attention to detail - then this role maybe for you.

This role is remote from home - therefore you’ll need a suitable workspace, with a desk and space for a second monitor. The team will intend to host get-togethers in the UK from 2023.

They’ll assist with administration and successful delivery of global training for our clients which will involve data entry to ensure our course details are accurately added to our systems, database management plus sending out course invites and communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring clients and trainers receive high quality customer service
- Data entry
- General database management
- Assisting with the recording of tasks on our course management platform
- Scheduling virtual workshops (in different time zones) on our platforms and distributing invites
- Actioning pre, in-between and post workshop tasks for training sessions
- Providing accurate reporting on participant attendance
- Other administrative tasks related to course logistics
- Supporting the wider team where required and undertaking other tasks as requested

**About you**:

- 1+ years’ experience in an office or administration role
- Experience in using CRM databases
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus strong internet researching
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Zoom virtual meetings
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving, can-do attitude to getting things done
- Ability to flexibly manage your workload effectively and respond to others requests in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive
- Hardworking and takes pride in their work
