The Supply Room has an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset.

We are looking for individuals with previous experience, training, or qualifications in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care, who are punctual, reliable, and have a passion for working with others.

As a Teaching Assistant at a Specialist School, you will have the opportunity to support students between 16 to 25 years with a diagnosis of Autism.

Your responsibilities will primarily involve working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, providing support and guidance to help students succeed academically and socially.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.00pm. The pay rate for this role is £80 - £85 per day, reflecting the importance and value of the work you will be doing.

This is a permanent position, with an initial 12-week temporary contract from day one.
