As part of our reception team, you will play a critical role in creating the best first and last impression, from booking reservations, to welcoming on arrival through to waving our guests off at the end of the day delivering an experience that brings them back again and again.

**Role Specification**:
- Answer all phone calls professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests.
- Follow procedures accurately and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's and spa's facilities, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively sell packages and additional treatments to guests.
- Perform general administrative tasks to assist in the efficient day-to-day running of the hotel and spa.
**Your skills and expertise**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services.
**Further Information**:
- 23.5 hours per week
- 3 days out of 7 per week
- Fixed-Term contract covering for Maternity. Opportunity for permanent role to be assessed at the end of the cover period.
