Frontline is England’s largest social work charity. Our mission is to create social change for children who do not have a safe or stable home, by developing excellent social work practice, leadership and innovation. We are looking for two Digital Learning Officers to join our Digital Learning Team.

**A little bit about the role**

The Programme Management team manages the national logístical and support functions for Frontline’s programmes, ensuring the central curriculum team and delivery teams are well supported to deliver the programmes effectively. The role of the Digital Learning Team (DLT) within this primarily focuses on the management of digital learning platforms and supporting the design and delivery of teaching content across the programmes.

We are looking for two Digital Learning Officers. One will join a brand-new branch of DLT working on the **Pathways programme**. You will work closely with your counterparts in the Leadership programme team and wider Programme management to ensure your stream runs smoothly and that leaders on the programme are supported through all elements.

The other Digital Learning Officer will be responsible for working on the **Frontline** and **Consultant Social Worker (CSW) programme**. Working with our curriculum and pedagogy team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality blended learning experience to participants and CSWs.

The Digital Learning Officer will play an essential role in Frontline’s mission and vision to develop excellent social work practice and leadership, by developing digital content for a new programme and by doing so, creating social change for children who do not have a safe or stable home.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

- Supporting in the design and delivery of learning content on the programme
- Play a pivotal role in supporting the online delivery of teaching days (online and in person).

**A little bit about you**

We’re looking for someone experienced in digital learning, with a creative outlook to problem-solving and troubleshooting. We’d like to see people who are keen to learn new skills, and are interested in helping staff and participants understand and use digital learning platforms and provide the best learning experience for everyone on our programmes.
