**The Role**

As Regional Manager for Europe you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with key distribution partners across Southern & Eastern European markets including: Albania, Czechia, Romania, Estonia, Italy, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland,Hungary, Spain, Latvia.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing listings and promotional activity in all RTM partners and deliver agreed targets in turnover and volume
- Identify new markets or growth opportunities in existing markets and build strategic plans accordingly.
- Be a strong negotiator when agreeing account investment, and monitor volumes through accounts are in line with plans and guidelines
- Be accountable for sales and budget for your region ensuring continuous revenue growth and safeguarding ROI for any JBP and Activations
- Be an outstanding account liaison, building superb relationships with key figureheads in accounts, ensuring unrivalled customer service and maintaining a solid industry network to capitalise on any potential new business opportunities
- Screen potential new distributors through thorough research and analysis, legitimising opportunities.
- Attend international events and tradeshows when required to drive visibility and knowledge of the brand, obtain new leads and follow up post-event
- Work cross departmentally with marketing teams to ensure guidelines and seasonal activities are being promoted and delivered on brand

Ensure that the CRM is kept up date and deliver reporting in a concise and timely manner according to business timelines and best practices

Individuals with experience managing or coordinating international markets within the broader FMCG channels are strongly considered to apply. Experience solely in the drinks industry is not essential. An understanding of the inner workings of the distribution/wholesalechannels for Europe is preferred as well as being a tenacious and hungry ethos
