- As a consultant you will play a crucial role in assisting with various ways of finding skilled labour for our clients construction projects. The position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- liase with clients on the labour needs for there construction sites.
- look and advertise for labour skilled personal
- timesheets
- calling clients to sell our services
- keep updated the system of staff ok our books - check cards cscs etc are valid.

DBS checks etc.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- find personnel by calling and contacting existing labour already working.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy - making sure clients are communicated too with current skill trade available
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.

colllect timesheets on time for payroll from sites.

able to use word /excell.

ideally you are working or have recently worked for a labour supply agency in Essex or London.

Great bonus scheme and with growth potential for directorship.

Pay: £10.54-£15.58 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
