We are looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeping assistant due to an increase in workload over the last year. Although training will be provided, prior experience is required.

**We are experts in the Microsoft Cloud focusing on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to deliver integrated solutions across the Microsoft environment.

We also develop and create our own AppSource approved IP, integrating collaborative solutions between Dynamics, SharePoint & Microsoft Teams to focus on Asset, Project, Case or Account Management Solutions.

We are a delivery and service focused company working hand in hand with a range of clients - focusing on technology and relationships over sales.

**And a bit about you..**

You will help us by being the glue in our team to link Accounts, Operations and our Delivery Team - supporting our Marketing and Operations Manager.

This is a part-time position with a variety of responsibilities and options to grow with the company.

We are a remote working company, however we hold monthly team meetings in our Manchester office to keep a face to face touch, and ask for flexibility when it comes to travel to meet business needs.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist with bank payment reconciliation and discrepancies.
- Xero preparation and invoicing
- Assist with Delivery Reports to compare Service Time against Invoicing
- Maintaining an acceptable level of debtors
- Expense payments
- Working with our External Accountant to assist Accounts duties (quarterly VAT returns, P11ds, end-of-year assistance, profit and loss statements)
- Administrative responsibilities (booking/scheduling appointments, dealing with team inquiries, booking hotels/travel, and so on)
- Bringing your knowledge and expertise to creating more efficient and streamlined processes.
