Monday - 1300 - 1700 (3 weeks out of 4)

Tuesday - 1300 - 1600

2100 - 0700 (sleeping night)

Thursday - 10.00-17.00

Friday - 12.00-16.00 (alternate Fridays)

Saturday 13.00-16.00 (3 weeks out of 4)

Sunday 15.00-07.00 (alternate Sundays, sleeping night)

Weekday evening and night rate* £15.22 per hour

Weekend day £15.75 per hour

**We are looking for proactive and caring Support Workers & Sleeping Night Carers to join an existing care team in supporting a 26 year old lady with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Our client has a range of interests and enjoys crafts and boccia.**

**She is a wheelchair user and needs support for most of her daily activities but is able to direct and interact with staff.**

**She lives in her own rooms within the family house. the property is fully adapted and spacious and has facilities for support staff.**

**Working as a Support Worker you will provide a high level of support during the daytime, with some shifts allowing a 2:1 care ratio to support our client in the community. The role requires the individual to undertake personal care by supporting our client to shower and access the toilet. At night you will sleep with a monitor and if you are disturbed for more than 45 minutes the shift will be paid at waking night rate.**

Experience or knowledge of working with people with complex health needs and

disabilities is **desirable.**

You **must **have experience of working in care or in education.

You **must **have a driving licence

**Due to caring tasks for the lady, only female applicants can be considered.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.70-£16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 47 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

- Special education: 1 year (required)
