We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals under the age of 18 with various needs. Your role will involve helping with family support, morning, evening and in the community.

It’s a varied and flexible role; a challenging yet rewarding position; helping to enhance children’s lives by encouraging them to participate in positive activities and in meeting their needs. You will be required to build a trusting relationship and provide emotional support to young people who may have complex needs and present challenging behavior's.

We have 4 children looking for a Female Driver with their own car (due to locations) to support within their home and within the community. Age range from 7 to 15. This role can be full time or part time with 2 or 3 applicants.

Have previous experience of working with complex needs and challenging behavior's,

Be positive, caring and supportive,

Have good communication skills and and be an excellent listener,

Be committed to providing support in positively changing a young person’s life.

For community work own transport is essential due to rural location

Rates of pay from £11.50 per hour.

Predominantly the hours are evenings and weekends, however day time mid week required in school holidays.

Please note Rula Care is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 35 per week

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Shift:

- Day shift
