**We now recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join our Teams in Stoke On Trent and Staffordshire.**

We have a clear mission of providing high-quality Residential Care which offers Local Authorities 2:1 Residential Care, ensuring that they get the best outcomes for their young people. We are proud of the quality of service that we offer both to the Local Authorities, young people and our staff.

You will also benefit from an excellent basic **salary of £32,000.00** per year this includes a sleep in allowance on a shift basis.

We are seeking applicants who are able to work sleep in shifts with experience in working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties. it is **essential** to hold a **NVQ or Diploma level 3 or equivalent in working with children and young people** or above. It is also **essential to hold a full driving licence and have use of a car during shifts**.

Our homes work on single or dual occupancy basis consisting normally of 2:1 staffing teams. The residential Support Worker role is a great chance to help make a difference to the lives of young people and to be rewarded with career progression opportunities for any staff who wish to move forward in the company.

As well as an excellent basic salary of **£32,000.00**per year (this includes a sleep in allowance)
