**Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant | Bo’ness | £35,000 - £37,000 + suite of benefits including study support (CIMA / ACCA)**

**The Opportunity**

Are you looking for a business facing role within a growing and ambitious business? You’ll be in an extremely varied role with chance to hone your business partnering skills and develop exceptionally valuable and interesting understanding of the commercial drivers of success.

It’s fast paced manufacturing where there is constant focus on continuous improvement and a real strive for excellence. New ideas are welcomed and there’s chance to make a refreshing difference at a relatively early phase of your career.

You’ll enjoy being thrown in at the deep end at times and have the trust to get out into the business to work with colleagues across the site. That autonomy is also coupled with bags of structured mentoring, support, coaching and encouragement. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a CIMA studier looking to stretch their wings and develop rapidly.

You’ll be working in a reasonably complex £70m turnover business unit -which is in turn part of a £2bn t/o FTSE 250 plc. Incredible experience for someone looking for career development and progression.

You need a solid foundation of core fundamental accounting experience (you need to know your debits and credits).

It would suit someone either AAT qualified or degree qualified currently perhaps early stages of CIMA or ACCA.

Required:

- Some experience of core / basic management accounts prep / financial analysis / reporting
- Excellent IT skills and understanding of Excel functionality
- Keenness to develop your career within a management accounting / business partnering role
- Confidence when speaking to non finance colleagues within a fast paced manufacturing setting
- Studying toward professional qualification (CIMA or equivalent)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
