Job Specification
Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be focused on:
- Accurately record all customer call details
- Successfully investigate, resolve and close in the agreed timescales
- Outbound calls to customers to clarify any order queries
- Ensure accuracy of order processing
- Make Outbound TLC customer care calls to ensure continuous improvement
- Build key professional working relationships with customers
- Manage any supply or delivery issues
- Contribute to and maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function
Skills and Experience
You'll be experienced working in a customer service environment ideally within a manufacturing/logistics or similar industry. You'll enjoy going over and beyond what's required, building lasting relationships and becoming an expert in your field.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role
- Previous experience of handling inbound / outbound calls
- Self Motivated and courteous with a good telephone manner
- Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately within strict timescales
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors
- Ability to Handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
Desirable Skills
- Experience of sales order processing
- Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems
- Knowledge of products related to the roofing industry would be advantageous
