**Due to constant expansion we are looking for**:
**Full Time Care Coordinator** to support our community care team.

Your hours of work will be:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (With paid lunch break)

Out of hours cover evenings & weekends on a rota basis
- Want to make a difference to people’s lives
- Be compassionate, empathetic and caring
- Provide excellent customer service

You will need:

- Previous experience within the care sector is essential
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and telephone
- To work on a solo basis and within a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills as time management is a real aspect of this post
- A high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work accurately with attention to detail is crucial, in particular note taking
- Good computer skills and familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
- To provide an Out of Hours service on a rota basis

and:

- A driving licence is essential
- You will be 18yrs old or older (essential to meet mandatory requirements)
- Undergo Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service checks.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
