A standard week will include:

- Undertaking credit checks and work reference checks on new applicants
- Preparing case files on properties
- Ensuring all paperwork is correctly filed
- Uploading mortgage applicants details accurately onto internal systems
- Undertaking any administrative support tasks as required by the Mortgage Advisors

**This role will be to cover maternity for around 9-12 months.**

The hours of work for this role will be Monday-Friday, 9-5 and there is the option for hybrid working (minimum 3 days a week in the office).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9-12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
