Senior Property Valuer

Mach Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced estate agent for a senior property valuer position based near Milton Keynes
You will ideally have valuation experience or have experience in the property industry as an experienced agent looking to move into valuations, knowledge of the local area is desirable.
You will be undertaking a variety of duties relating to the sale of property and also be responsible for prospecting, valuing & listing properties, maintaining relationships with clients and promoting the services of the company, including referalls to stakeholders.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Generate & undertake market appraisal appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Wide range of administration duties
- Preparation of property sales particulars
- Assist with social media postings and active marketing initiatives
**We are looking for**:
- Ideally at least 1 to 2 years’ experience as an estate agent
- Propertymark NAEA qualification preferred*
- Sales orientated individual
- with previous sales & customer service experience
- Target driven and ambitious
- Highly organised, enthusiastic, hardworking & self-motivated
- Solid IT skills - a good working knowledge of word/outlook, etc.
- Strong administrative skills
- Well presented with strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Hold a valid full driver’s license
- Great team player with a "can do" attitude
