**What about your role?**
We have an opportunity for an experienced HRMS (Human Resources Management System) professional to join the HRSS Performance Management team.
Aligned to the HR Shared Service operation, the HR & Payroll Systems Lead will provide direction, guidance and development to the HR Systems team and its members to ensure successful delivery of services, tasks and strategy for all matters relating to the Oracle HR system. They will need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of Oracle HR to make recommendations of improvements and efficiencies to the way the system is used and to overcome any potential challenges or obstacles relating to the proposed recommendations.
In addition, the HR & Payroll Systems Lead with collaborate and work across all DHL business unit and functions. They will need to be able to clearly communicate any proposals, recommendations or changes of the Oracle system to a diverse range of stakeholders to encourage construction discussions and making the right decisions.
As HR and Payroll Systems Lead your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and deploy the HR Systems strategy, in direct alignment to the regional (UK&I) and global HR strategic business deliverables.
- Lead and develop the HR Systems team and its members to ensure successful delivery of service, tasks and strategy.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and that People Services processes and systems reflect current HR best practice.
- Contribute to People Services management decision making and activity prioritisation across the business, informing key decisions with HR Systems implications.
**What are the requirements?**
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle HRMS
- Leadership experience, gain within a global environment.
- Influencing skills, able to gain interest and commitment from the intended audience.
- Good understanding of operational HR activity and the links and requirements for the HR Shared Service.
- Proven record of success leading system implementations, with a solid understanding of the project/change management lifecycle.
