**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Content Marketing Executive supports the marketing function across a number of core areas including copywriting, podcast production, video editing, social media and thought-leadership content creation. You will assistwith Tiger’s internal and external communication for all channels, focused on creating engaging content for our HR audiences around the world. It is your responsibility to maintain quality and consistency across all media types, driving engagement and brandexposure.
Working within a collaborative and established team, this is an environment where we work closely together to achieve positive results. We are looking for an all-hands-on-deck person who is happy to jump in and help during busier periods, be that helping outat events, recording an Instagram reel or coordinating a LinkedIn Live. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who might have one-two years of content writing experience, and is looking to finesse their skills across content marketing.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Plan and create insightful communications across:
- Website blogs
- Guest articles
- Videos and podcasts
- Offline thought leadership content
- Printed marketing collateral
- Social media
- Review analytics and performance to inform future content strategy
- Ensure online content is SEO-optimised where relevant
- Proactively approach and engage with contributors or third parties, growing and managing contributor relationships through interviews and partnerships
**Skills and experience**:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with a CMS is preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial but not essential
- University degree in marketing, publishing, journalism or similar preferred
