**Job Ad: Skilled and Experienced Painter for Snagging on Accommodation Block in Leeds**
Are you a skilled and experienced painter seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent? We are currently hiring a painter to perform snagging on an accommodation block in Leeds. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the completion of a high-profile project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct snagging activities to ensure the accommodation block meets the highest standards of finish and quality.
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and refinishing as necessary to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Identify and rectify any paint-related defects or imperfections, ensuring a smooth and uniform finish throughout.
- Collaborate with the project team and communicate effectively to ensure timely completion of snagging tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a painter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in snagging and finishing work.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques, including touch-ups, repairs, and refinishing.
- In-depth knowledge of different paint types, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify defects or imperfections efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with the project team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a temporary position for snagging on the accommodation block project in Leeds.
- Weekly pay will be provided, commensurate with experience and skill level.
- Additional opportunities for ongoing work may be available upon successful completion of the initial project.
