As a senior Support Worker, you will be expected to work within the company's policies and procedures. Work in a way that meets the statutory requirements of employees under health and safety at work. Support the Manager by ensuring the smooth running of the service; implement and comply with health and safety procedures within statutory requirements and adhere to the Social Care Codes of Practice and staff handbook.

You will need to work within current legislation at all times and actively participate in supervision and appraisal of staff. You will identify and attend training on a regular basis to ensure that all mandatory and personal training and development needs are met in line with company requirements.

As a senior support worker will need to attend or facilitate monthly staff meetings and work within on call and lone working guidance as well as work in a manner that always reflects positively on the company. You will work closely and positively with other members of the team for the ultimate benefit of those using the service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
