Despatch Cloud is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing a wide range of software solutions from Order and Warehouse Management to Returns, Shipping and Channel integrations with a client base ranging from eCommerce start-ups to large enterprises.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing leads within the e-commerce and logistics sector, with a primary focus on initiating and scheduling meetings. As you progress, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and eventually move into a position where you will be closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients in the e-commerce and logistics sector.
- Utilise various channels, including online research and networking, to build a strong pipeline of leads.

2. Appointment Setting:

- Proactively reach out to prospects to schedule introductory meetings with our sales team.
- Maintain a high level of activity to achieve weekly and monthly targets for booked appointments.

3. Relationship Building:

- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and tailor approaches for successful engagement.

4. Training and Development:

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your understanding of our products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.

5. Deal Closing (Progressive Training):

- Over time, transition into a role where you actively contribute to the deal-closing process.
- Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to refine your skills and maximise your contribution to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native or Bilingual English level
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and logistics is a plus.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire.

**Remuneration**:
£22,000-24,000 base with a competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings) package. As you progress in your role and contribute to successful deals, your earning potential will grow.
