**The Company**

Oscar Technology are looking for a Database Developer to join a large company who we've placed with numerous times and have a long standing relationship with. They are a huge competitor within their industry and are looking to expand their data team, asthey have recently acquired a company in Ireland and require additional assistance.

**The Role**

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, they are looking to expand their data team by x2 as they have recently grown and need the additional assistance within the team. You will be working on a large project as they are looking to move away froma Microsoft heavy tech stack, instead migrating their data to Azure.

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshooting current and working on ETL processes and pipelines by decoupling data pipelines from the warehouse, before migrating them to Azure.
- Migrating to Azure
- Upholding the security and integrity of data
- Planning and building the infrastructure
- Experience with SQL scripting, stored procedures and optimisation
- Extracting data from SQL databases
- There will be a small about of database administration that needs completing

**Requirements**:

- SQL
- SSIS
- Stored Procedures
- Azure is desired but not required.
