About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to join our team at Oakwell Hampton. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications using Laravel and React.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new features and enhancements for our software applications using Laravel and React
  • Support and maintain our existing software applications, ensuring they are stable and performant
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements
  • Work closely with our QA team to ensure high-quality software applications
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Laravel and React
  • Strong understanding of PHP 8 and modern web development principles
  • Experience with MySQL databases and database optimization
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, AWS S3, LAMP/SSL, SSH/SFTP, Composer, and Yarn
  • Experience with Linux CLI, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
