**Senior Service Advisor Required in Croydon, Surrey**
- ** Basic £28,000 + £10k OTE uncapped**:

- **45 Hours per week Monday - Friday with NO WEEKENDS**

**Motor Trade Vehicle Senior Service Advisor required for Family Run Car Dealership in Croydon, Surrey.**

The Senior Service Advisor will be working alongside another Vehicle Service Advisor and will be responsible for providing a proactive service between customers and the workshop as well as parts advising.

This Service Advisor role may include;
- Leading and motivating existing service team
- Being a role model and setting a good example at the Car Dealership at all times
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Car Technicians
- Liaison with customers about any additional work required
- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
- Handling customer complaints
- Responding to customer requests
- Warrant administration and reporting
- Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.

The Successful Senior Service Advisor will be leading from the Service Desk greeting customers in to the Dealership upon arrival, discussing with the customer realistic time frames and costs associated with their vehicles. You will also be liaising with the Vehicle Technicians in the Workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out as well as monitoring the team’s performance and ensuring world class customer service is delivered to our clients customers at all times, identifying and recommending training where appropriate.
