This role offers Hybrid working so you will only be required 2 days a week in the office, it has a fantastic work culturewhere they put the staff first. This is a chance to make the role your own.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Monitor the CRM to ensure best practice are maintained
- Build workflows for sharing information between marketing automation and CRM
- Ensuring all data is GDPR compliant
- Produce advanced data analysis with recommendations to help understand our customers in order to drive marketing actions
- Analyse data to identify key trends influencing the customer journey
- Providing an insight into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
- Analyse leads to sales ratio
- Enhance relationships with customers and prospects

Skills Required:

- Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce
- SQL data experience
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Strong analytical skills
- Project Management Skills
