Northern Employment Services are recruiting a Collections Advisor for a national leading finance provider based in the Rochdale area, helping support customers experiencing financial difficulty.

**The role of Collections Advisor**:
**Your Responsibilities as a Collections Advisor**:

- Identifying and agreeing on appropriate and fair solutions for the customer, taking into consideration their individual circumstances and possible vulnerabilities.
- Guiding and supporting each customer, ensuring the best and most effective customer experience.
- Complying with the policy outlined in "The Collections Manual and Customer Treatment Framework", working in accordance with FCA requirements and guidelines.
- Adhering to all aspects of treating customers fairly.

**The successful Collections Advisor will need**:

- Proven experience in a regulated collections environment.
- To have the ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace and implement new ideas.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

**The Collections Advisor Working Hours**:

- 5 hours a week
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible between 8am to 6pm

**Collections Advisor Salary**:
£20,000 to £30,000 annual salary DOE
