**About the Insurance Client Advisor role**:
Following the successful acquisition, we have ambitious growth plans and are seeking to recruit a Client Advisor, based in our Batley office.

Reporting into the Directors, Mel and Tony, you will be responsible for servicing a Renewal book of Commercial clients and also identifying additional new business opportunities.

**Key objectives & responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for growing our commercial clients by arranging renewal of policies for existing clients, assisting with midterm adjustments and driving new business
- To provide a quality service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, including: Pre-renewal and renewal processing, claims handling, Mid-term adjustments, premium collection and Client and insurer queries
- Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the best rates for our client’s risks
- Organising daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times
- To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA & Consumer Duty

**About You**

As our **Insurance Client Advisor**, you’ll have the ability and drive to work towards and exceed targets in a focused, collaborative and successful team, striving to provide outstanding service to our clients. You’ll have a strong client service focus and ability to recognise additional produce and services to our existing clients.

**You will have or be**:

- At least 2 years commercial insurance experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines when required, without supervision
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload
- A collaborative and innovative approach, thinking outside the box and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
- Experience of using Microsoft office and Acturis
- Relevant qualifications (e.g Cert CII) or working towards (ideally)
