- Checking off Food Deliveries against The invoice
- Keep Prep areas tidy & ensure crockery and plates are clean and put away tidy
- Putting away any deliveries in the correct place and a tidy manner.
- Ensuring all stock is rotated correctly and that FIFO is in place.
- Ensure Delivery Checks are completed and paperwork filled out.
- Assist Kitchen manager with food ordering and stock takes.
- Keeping all Store rooms Clean and tidy to achieve a 5* Audit.*
- In Charge of keeping the backyard clean and tidy so that we don't encourage pest activity.
- Take Charge of recycling to support Greene kings vision on reducing waste and recycling correctly.
- Undertake any other Job that is given by your line manager and complete to your highest standard.
*- On Sundays Carry out all deep cleaning of the kitchen and ensure its always ready for a 5* Audit.
**You Must**:

- Be able to work Methodically, and on your own.
- Complete tasks within a reasonable time scale set
- Be prepped to work outside in all types of weather.
- Work effectively to ensure the job is complete to a high standard.
