**Credit Controller**
- 5 days in the office at a health and medical firm based in Sidcup.

**Credit Controller**
- The credit controller is responsible for managing the client debts. They will be responsible to oversee all debts owed to the company from existing creditors and manage new requests for credit. The day to day duties of the credit controller is to ensure timely payments are made, process incoming funds, reconcile invoices, resolve account queries and manage debt recovery. The credit controller will aid the Head of Finance in evaluating new credit requests, including carrying out regular check credit ratings, deciding whether to allow credit to a debtor and advising on credit limits.

- Facilitate payment of invoices due by contacting customers and sending bill reminders and monthly statements.
- Process incoming payments and allocate.
- Resolve clients' billing issues and verify discrepancies
- Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger
- Variance analysis of invoicing and debtors
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data in our systems, including updating credit limits in line with recommended Top Service amounts
- Monitor compliance with financial processes and controls and seek to improve them.
- Ensure that debtors are kept within credit limits, working alongside Projects and Operations Depts.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
