We are a friendly, high achieving, 8 Partner GP Training Practice looking to recruit a part-time receptionist to work at our new surgery in the centre of Emsworth.

Our busy Reception Team are usually the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in making us a successful Practice and a great place to work.

Dealing with phone calls and face to face contacts, you will mange our appointment system and sign-post patients to the correct service. You will use your IT skills to carry out system searches and fulfil prescription requests, including managing e-consultations.

We are looking for a team player with a proven track record in reception / customer service skills, ideally in a medical setting, who can demonstrate empathy in dealing with patients, healthcare professionals and colleagues.

You will need to be self-motivated, reliable and flexible.

We are looking for someone who can work up to 20 hours per week as follows:
Monday and Tuesday 8am - 1pm and Friday 8am - 6.30pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
