London, United Kingdom Dyad Artificial Intelligence Limited Full time

**About Dyad**:
Dyad's mission is to improve the delivery and efficiency of healthcare.

We are building a platform to model and manage the flow of information within healthcare organisations, improving outcomes for patients, payers, and healthcare providers. We believe data handling in current healthcare systems is needlessly complex and disconnected, leading to isolated and inefficient decision making. To showcase how this technology can advance the delivery of healthcare and improve lives, we build and deploy products for healthcare providers and payers into the UK and US markets.

**Our products**:
**Primary care operations**: Dyad develops a suite of products for healthcare operations, including:

- BetterLetter, our AI tool helping practices decrease their admin burden in processing clinical letters. We use this to reduce staff time spent identifying codes to be applied to the record as well as suggesting follow-up tasks and workflow optimisations. BetterLetter helps providers save time, save cost, improve performance under audit and build staffing resilience.

**The role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for training to Dyad’s team of primary care coders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, competency frameworks and skills matrices relating to clinical coding, clinical document processing and workflow within a primary care setting.
- Develop and administer assessments of competency for PCOps coders.
- Work with other members of the business, including the product, technology, and sales teams to support the efforts of the PCOps team and the delivery of the product within the UK market.
- Assist in the development of our technology around automating the delivery of coding training.
- Work with senior management and PCOps management to develop and deliver primary care coding training to external parties.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- A passion for teaching others. Formal knowledge of pedagogy a nice-to-have but is not required as external expertise is available.
- Comfort and fluency with technology is required, as this is a role that interfaces with a number of technical teams throughout the company.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, including long-form writing, materials development, and an ability to codify and communicate complex primary care concepts and domain expertise to other members of the business.

**Nice to have**:

- Teaching experience or formal education / education training will be considered a strong bonus.

**Our hiring process**:
1). Introductory screening interview with a member of the Dyad team (30 mins or less).

2). Interview with one or more members of the senior management (1 hour).

3). Cultural interviews and meet-and-greets with other members of the wider team (1-1.5 hours).

4). Offer

**Benefits**

**Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary
- Company Pension
- 25 days of paid annual leave (pro-rata)
- A fun and flexible hybrid working environment
- Mental health wellness through Spill.chat
- A modern, dog-friendly office located near Farringdon with free drinks
