We are looking for a confident **Support Worker **with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working **42** hours a week **(a mixture of day shifts and night shifts)**,** making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at **Cygnet Grange.**

**_Cygnet Grange is an 8 bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, care and treatment facility for those affected by acquired brain injuries. The service provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease, like Huntington’s Disease, a caring and long term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms._**

**Your day-to-day**
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
