we are currently looking for a waiting staff member to join our thriving team at Relentless Port Solent

Relentless is a up market steak and Lobster house restaurant located in port Solent

We are in need of dynamic and enthusiastic staff members for our Port Solent unit as the brand continues to grow and be even more popular than ever before in the company's 13 years of trading.

All applicants should be confident to work in a fast paced environment and happy to bring their charming personalities to the table. You will be rewarded on your selling skills through our service charge, therefore the more you sell the higher the commission you earn.

our base rate is minim wage but of course the more you sell the more you earn with our 5% server bonus scheme ( what this means if you get 5% of each bill) plus you will also receive 100% customers cash tips (no sharing) and 70% card tips 30% shared with kitchen this job is the most well paid package for waiting staff in Portsmouth

Part-time hours: 16 hours week

Full-time 40 hours a week

Pay: £11.45 per hour but with bonus scheme it’s more £15-17 per hour
