CUSTOMER SERVICES/ OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - Burscough
**Your new company**
Our client is a well established manufacturing company based in Burscough, they have sites across the UK and are a market leader in their field.
**Your new role**
Working in a team of 2, reporting to the Office Manager - your duties will include:
- Processing all customer orders for manufactured products
- Creating and issue works orders including any other information which will affect the manufacturing of the product
- Planning customer orders for manufactured products into the current forward load production plan - to achieve requested delivery date.
- Raising purchase orders for materials when required
- Advise customers as appropriate with delivery dates
- Liaise with factory and transport when require
**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who enjoys learning new processes and procedures, has attention to detail and is accurate in their inputting.
**What you'll get in return**
Hours 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday 22 days holiday + bank holidays Free parking, Pension. A PERMANENT POSITION for the right person.
