We are currently seeking an outgoing and guest focussed **Head Cocktail Bar Person **to join our Food & Beverage team.

**Job Summary**

To provide service of the highest standard, to supervise all cocktail bar team members and to maintain a happy and focused team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent level of service
- Develop Team Members skills for improved performance
- Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
- Attend to the detail and presentation of each order.
- Prepare and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to stores; assists with receipt of deliveries.
- Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with Food & Beverage Service Manager
- Ensure smooth operation of bar service at all times
- Ensure cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
- Assist with orienting new team members to their work area.
- Listen to customer feedback and suggestions and resolves complaints.
- Instruct team members in use of new equipment and cleaning methods and provide efficient and effective methods of maintaining work area.
- Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,910.00 per year
