We have over 10 year’s experience under our belt and having achieved multiple industry awards, together with our recently announced investment of £1million over a 2 year period, we are excited to grow our business further and are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help us on our journey.

**THE ROLE**

The Technical Support Agent is a critical part of our Team. You will be responsible for the support of our existing customer base. As the principal contact for our customers, you will work to identify growth opportunities ensuring we maintain consistently high renewal rate.

As a Technical Support Agent you will drive to achieve customer satisfaction through several support and account-based activities, including supporting customers, being an advisor and source of advice for customers and understanding customer issues and ensuring customers receive regular updates. You will also be able to generate opportunities through upselling and additional training to existing customers.

**Reporting to**: Operations Manager

**Location**: Grove House, 145-149 Donegal Pass, Belfast, BT7 1DT

**Hours of work**: 39.5 per week excluding meal breaks

**Salary**: Depending on Experience

**Your team**

The Teams are spread across our offices in Belfast and London. They work closely alongside each other and comprise of Sales, Implementation and Support Teams.

**Are you our new **Technical Account Manager**?**
- Experience in a similar role
- Have a customer-centric approach, with a desire to deliver the best for our customers
- Be proactive and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver great business outcomes
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Software/SAAS sales experience preferred
- Ensure any complaints/escalations are responded to immediately and communicated efficiently
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of WorkPal software
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
