**Job Role**

Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced production environment on a consistent basis. Your main task involves ensuring the consistent production of high-quality printed labels. Diligence is paramount for this role in ensuring we achieve the exacting requirements of our growing customer base.

Time management & prioritization is essential as well as the ability to think on your feet - every day is challenging. The ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be client-driven is essential.

Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to
- Operating a Flexo Press
- Product inspection checks.
- Prioritising workload with the team.
- Basic administrative work including data entry.

The role is a full-time permanent position working on site with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on previous experience, competence & performance. Working a 40-hour week on a double day shift Monday to Friday. Early shift 6am - 2pm, late shift 2pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm - 6pm Fridays.

**Skills/Experience**
- Strong diligence.
- A good understanding of colour and colour mixes.
- Able to understand and follow clear work instructions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
- Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required.
- Ability to effectively manage your own workload.
- Effective time management skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
