**Job Role**:
Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver an accurate standard of work in a fast-paced production environment on a consistent basis. Your main task involves ensuring the press operators have all the tools and assistance they need to quickly start production of their next job. Diligence is paramount for this role in ensuring we achieve the exacting requirements of our growing customer base.

Time management & prioritization is essential as well as the ability to think on your feet - every day is challenging. The ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be client-driven is essential.

Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to
- Assisting Press Operators.
- Mixing Ink.
- Product inspection checks.
- Readying consumables for production.
- Prioritising workload with the team.
- Basic administrative work including data entry.

The role is a full-time permanent position working on site with a competitive salary of £11.00 per hour. Working a 40-hour week on a double day shift Monday to Friday.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong diligence.
- Able to understand and follow clear work instructions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
- Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.

Preferred 1 years’ experience within a print environment.
