This role requires excellent communication and organisationl skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team in dealing with planned and unplanned rota changes and re-allocation of resources
- Post advertisements on line
- Post and engage with recruitment content on all social media channels
- Provide regular updates to the recruiter
- Ensure that all of the recruitment administration processes are carried out in a timely manner
- Provide support to the recruitment team in all areas of the recruitment process.
**Skills and experience**
- A minimum of 1 years experience of working in a busy administrative role within recruitment or HR setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work proactively, multi-task and prioritise their own workload effectively.
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
- Flexible, adaptable and has a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office and office-based software
