Warwick Arts Centre is looking for a passionate, inclusive, empathetic, and collaborative Volunteer Co-ordinator to join the team. You will be an active member of the Visitor Experience team, responsible for supporting and coordinating the volunteer experience at Warwick Arts Centre. You will act as a point of contact for all Warwick Arts Centre Volunteers, current and prospective, and the main point of contact across the organisation. You will champion, maintain, and manage the volunteer policy and recruitment procedure through all aspects of the volunteer lifecycle achieving targets as required. It is essential that you are a positive, pro-active individual who also has a good understanding or experience with our local communities.
