Solar Panels London is a small business in London, Greater London. We are supportive and nimble, and our goal is to Provide renewable energy products to customers across the UK.

We have a Sales Administration vacancy for our office in London for administration duties. This is very much a hands-on administrative role, working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be accurate within your work.

Duties to include
- To deliver a professional, timely, efficient and friendly service to our customers both internal and external.
- Organising and prioritising workload
- To deal promptly and effectively with all correspondence
- Checking and proofreading all documentation, ensuring all information is present and correct.
- Attaching right documentation to assigned job.
- Ad hoc administrative duties in order to support the department function.
- exceptional customer service skills
- Carry out such other duties as are reasonably requested
- Create sales from quotations sent to customers
- To proactively handle and resolve customer queries
- Discuss with customers the best solar solution for the home.
- Resolving difficult situations with customers, such as missed or delayed appointments and surveys, damages or other complaints
- Maintaining the database of customers and orders

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in working in a sales environment is very important
- Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets, KPI
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing, driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data recording
- Good written and verbal communication skills. English as a native language is an advantage
- Interest in learning about new renewable energy technologies.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm
Saturday and Sunday on request

Expected Start Date: ASAP

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
