**Nanny Bears are recruiting a Senior Early Years Practitioner for our wonderful nursery setting, on Ashwell Park in Ilminster**

You must be qualified to at least level 3, the position is full time, 40 hours per week.

**Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -**
- Have a full and relevant (minimum) Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
- Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
- Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
- Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
- Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
- Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
