The role is looking for a Advanced Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner with Primary Care experience who has a specialist interest in chronic disease. You will have the chance to see smears, wounds, baby and child immunisations, dressings, diabetes, and more

**Salary £50,700 - £58,500**

- Fixed-term Advanced Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner
- A mixture of telephone and face to face appointments
- Minor illness, acute on the day focus
- Autonomous use of prescribing
- Progression and development support
- Opportunities to focus heavily on your areas of interest
