Responsibilities for this role will include:
Plan and coordinate timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets for events:

- Research venues and negotiate prices
- Manage supplies and coordinate deliveries, travel etc
- Contact and arrange guest speakers and troubleshoot any issues on event day
- Organise facilities and ensure insurance, health & safety and legal obligations are followed
Do you have?
- Proven event management experience.
- Experience of organising attendance at trade shows and conferences.
- Experience of booking exhibition spaces, negotiating with contractors and management of event budgets.
