Senior HR Advisor

**Senior HR Advisor - Part-time, 21-28 hours per week, flexible on days/timings**

**Are you an experienced HR professional, looking for your next career step as a Senior HR Advisor, within a long standing, purposeful organisation?**

Reed HR are partnering with a national not-for-profit organisation, in the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor, working in close collaboration with the HR Manager. This is a broad ranging role covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, recruitment, providingemployee relations advice and guidance to staff, and working on specific HR projects in conjunction with the HR Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

- First point of contact, providing day-to-day advice to line managers and employees on all HR issues
- Effective processing of full employee lifecycle events, including recruitment, employee relations casework and taking the lead on learning and development initiatives
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process, supporting with interviews
- Develop and maintain the HR system
- Conducting induction meetings with all new employees
- Conducting investigation meetings as appropriate
- Providing statistical analysis of data to be shared with management as necessary
- Conducting employee engagement surveys, interpreting results received

To be considered, it is expected that you will have strong generalist HR experience, having potentially held a role as a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or HR Assistant previously, where you have been exposed to many day-to-day operational tasks, and are nowperhaps wanting to progress to the next stage in your career. The CIPD qualification (level 3/5) is desirable however not essential.

You could also be an experienced HR professional seeking to return to work after a period out of the profession.
