**Role**:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as soon as possible. We are looking for someone to assist in servicing and managing our expanding portfolio of upscale residential properties in Central London, with a particular emphasis on AST commitments. This is a full-time office-based position. The position will be dynamic, hands-on, and quick-paced. No two days will be the same. The ideal applicant will be eager to join our well-established but developing company, extremely organized, resourceful, well-mannered, and has a love for real estate. They will be given their own portfolio to manage, which will expand over time as they gain experience in their profession. Daily responsibilities will include onsite visits, resolving problems that emerge inside properties, interacting with clients, working with a portfolio of vendors, and ensuring tasks are done and signed off.

**Duties**:
1. Dealing with day-to-day property management issues as they arise

2. Inspecting vacant properties and reporting the visits to the team.

3. Preparing properties for rental, including but not limited to organizing furnishings, ensuring the property is legally compliant, overseeing snagging, and ensuring the property is in top working order.

4. Liaising with estate agents for property lettings.

5. Progressing and agreeing on new tenancies.

6. Setting up utilities for unoccupied and rental homes.

7. Day-to-day office management.

8. Attending networking and marketing events.

**Skills/Experience**:
1. Previous experience in managing residential property

2. Minimum bachelor’s degree in a property-related field.

3. Desire to join a growing business.

4. Highly organized and capable of multitasking and setting priorities.

5. Outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service.

6. Adaptable, with a hands-on approach.

7. Capability to operate alone at times with efficiency and self-control.

8. A fundamental comprehension of the London property market.

The chosen applicant will join a team of experienced Property Managers, so a desire to assist, learn, and grow is essential.

This is a full-time internship, where you will be reimbursed for your food and travel expenses, in accordance with your performance.

**Salary**: £300.00-£500.00 per month
